***從現在起，在ISA香港分會將處理攀樹師（CTW）筆試和術科考試申請程序。 CTW考生請直接將申請資料送到ISA香港分會，不再需要通過ISA總部提交申請。
報名費：HKD $ 1280。
申請費應支付給“ISA香港分會”劃線支票支付，並發布到郵政信箱專欄83282協和路郵政局。
考生都必須負責自己的人身安全。在參加考試前，建議考生辦理人身意外傷害保險。

Specialist Skills Exam

Due to site constraints, the maximum number of candidates is 18, on a first come first served basis.
All applicants must have certificate in first-aid course recognized in Hong Kong (http://www.isahongkong.com/Documents/firstaid.pdf). In the application of the exam, candidate shall include both sides of the first-aid certification card (the paper certificate for AMS first-aid course shall also be included) with the full name of the first aid course clearly shown in the above document.

*** From now on, the ISA Hong Kong Chapter will handle the exam application procedures for both WRITTEN and SKILLS exams for Certified Tree Workers (CTW). CTW Candidates please send the application documents directly to ISA Hong Kong Chapter and no longer need to submit the application through ISA Headquarters.
Application Fee: HKD$1280. Application fee should be paid by crossed cheque payable to “ISA Hong Kong Chapter” and posted to P.O. Box 83282 Concorde Road Post Office with the application form.
For all retaking candidates and those who have taken the paper exam: Regardless of the previous results, the candidates are required to fill in the pink retake form attached to the letter of examination result, and stating clearly the preferred date of skill test and return to the Hong Kong Chapter for registration (due to the site constraint, we cannot guarantee the preferred date is available for the candidates and further coordination may be necessary). If the retaking is made within 1 year after the first take, it is free of charge. If it is made after the first year but within the second year after the first take, separate charge is required every time – details shall refer to ISA Headquarters’ notice.
For all applicants who have not taken the paper exam: They must fill in a complete new application form and state clearly the preferred date of skill test: Application handbook (http://www.isa-arbor.com/certification/resources/cert_Application_ClimberSpecialist.pdf).
Please note that the exam may be cancelled or postponed for unforeseen event such as the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or higher, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal in force, or for any other reason beyond our control, if such event happens 2 hours before the exam time. The candidate can call 5228 5526 on the exam date to make sure of any uncertainty. The exam may carry on according to in-situ condition in rainy day or day with thunderstorm.
All exam candidates are required to be responsible for their personal safety. Candidates are also advised to prepare their own insurance for personal accident. Candidates attending the Skill Test shall explicitly agree to this requirement, before taking the test.
