參加香港攀樹錦標賽 (HKTCC)

再過三小時就要到香港了，去看看香港的樹藝工作，與攀樹錦標賽比賽，期待會有很棒的收穫。

Hong Kong Tree Climbing Championship (HKTCC) is an annual tree climbing competition organized by the ISA Hong Kong Chapter. The competition events are carried out according to the standard rules of International Tree Climbing Championship (ITCC). Each event simulates working conditions of arborists in the field and tests a competitor's ability to professionally and safely maneuver in a tree while performing work-related tree-care tasks in a timely manner. Besides providing a competitive environment for those working in the arboriculture industry to showcase the highest level of professional skills, HKTCC hopes to introduce the public to the skills professional tree climbing arborists must use for safe, professional tree work through the competitive tree climbing activities.

The tree climbers will compete in 5 events – Aerial Rescue, Work Climb, Secured Footlock, Belayed Speed Climb and Throwline for the qualification of entering the final Masters’ Challenge. Champions of the Masters’ Challenge will be selected to represent Hong Kong to participate the regional event - Asia-Pacific Tree Climbing Championship (APTCC), and the International Tree Climbing Championship (ITCC).

香港攀樹錦標賽 (HKTCC) 是國際樹木學會香港分部主辦的年度攀樹比賽。 比賽的形式及賽例均依照國際攀樹錦標賽(ITCC) 的標準規則進行。每項比賽均模擬樹藝師的臨場工作實況來考驗參賽者在限時內執行樹上工作的專業能力及安全操作技巧。大會希望透過舉辦攀樹比賽，不單讓樹藝同業在競賽中展現最高的專業技能，也能向公眾介紹專業攀樹師進行樹上工作中必要的安全技術，增加大眾對樹藝工作的認識。

攀樹選手將競逐五個項目，包括空中拯救、工作攀爬、雙繩腳鎖、速度攀爬及投擲繩索，爭取晉級參與大師挑戰賽的資格。大師挑戰賽的優勝者將獲選代表香港出戰亞太攀樹錦標賽(APTCC)，及國際攀樹錦標賽(ITCC)。
